Cancel subscription - Web

The cancellation process varies depending on the platform through which you subscribed. If your purchase was made through our website, the cancellation must be made there as well. These are the steps: 

• Log in to your account at http://www.kinedu.com.
• Tap on "Settings", located at the bottom of the menu found on the left-hand side of the site.
• Tap on "Manage subscription" or "Cancel subscription".
